Casa Iguana is a new property featuring six 1-bedroom bungalow suites with outdoor terraces. All suites have air conditioning, cable TV, Internet connection for your P.C., private bathroom, and terrace with ceiling fan.

Casa Iguana is located 2 minutes walking distance from La Ropa Beach, and we have direct access to the beach.

Our neighbors are Hotel Villa del Sol, La Quinta Troppo, and Villa Mexicana.
La Ropa Beach is surrounded by a marvelous tropical, natural environment where you can stroll or swim at your leisure.

At La Ropa Beach you will find various restaurants offering seafood and Mexican specialties where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with your feet in the sand at reasonable prices.
Casa Iguana is a quiet place where the rooms and terraces are spacious and just perfect for one or two persons.

From 6:00 am to 11:00 pm there are taxis available at the taxi stand practically right out the front door.

The terrace kitchenettes are equipped to serve four people.
All the rooms are garden view.

For any 7-days reservations, on your arrival day you'll find the refrigerator stocked with 2 beers, 2 sodas, everything you need to prepare your continental breakfast, courtesy of Casa Iguana.
